1º Pre-mounted material.
The LOGIC is delivered pre-mounted, it means with all the basic pieces assembled, leaving only the volumetric part for a fast final assembly. Avoiding thus the big dimensions in other racks that troublemake the transportation.
The four main elements:
A. Two side structures (including side panels and 19" inner profiles mounted).
B. Horizontal top and bottom profiles.
C. Front door, rear door and cable entry.
D. Top cover.

2º Packing.
All the parts are packed in new Flat pack. Made with thick carton, and designed to secure all the rack parts in individual compartments to safeguard them during transport and stock.

3º Stock.
Due to its systems, the LOGIC can be stacked, reducing the stock room. The volume can be reduced by up to 65% of the standard space used for a fully assembled rack.

4º Transport and manipulation.
This three characteristics means the new LOGIC rack helps spectacularly to reduce its transportation and installation costs, so avoiding existing problems to move the racks until final destination (escalators, elevators, narrow doors...).

5º Mounting
Simple, rigid and robust are adjectives which describe the construction of the new LOGIC.
All the parts are pre-assembled and well packed to achieve a really quick mounting. Only 4 steps must be followed to get an average mounting time of 5 minutes for a LOGIC of 30 U/ HE publically proved.
